KaPPOR – Career and job counseling
KaPPOR is an abbreviation for the name CAREER AND EMPLOYMENT COUNSELING. Kežmarok platform for social inclusion is an organization dedicated to working with young adults, especially in intervention activities. such as employment and competences necessary for inclusion in society. The organization has experience in professional activities, but also in consulting activities. It will help us a lot in working with disadvantaged communities. 🤝
What will this cooperation bring?
Firstly, this partnership will support work with a target group that has specific needs with regard to the district in which the city is located, and then it will take over the conceptual line of education after primary and secondary school. 👨🏽🎓
Then, we believe that such cooperation will help create an organized support system that will facilitate communication with the main employers in the city and the surrounding area and connect the necessary competencies with the target group, which will then have a direct impact on the employment of Roma and socially disadvantaged people. We are very happy that these enthusiastic specialists will also be part of the Pôjd and FaceClub programs.
